Prestigious Top Ten Award organization with GIC (Guardian Independent Certification) organization
organized award and ISO 9001:2008 seminar in July 27, which attended National
Institute of Standards delegation with director Y.Azaryan.
The Awards was attended representatives from 35 countries: Canada, Great Britain, USA,
Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Georgia, Tajikistan,
Kazakhstan, etc.
Top Ten Award established to reveal organizations which are the best for society in the process of organizing work.National Institute of Standards awarded Top Ten Award prize for achieving considerable success in international standardization policy and for having positive impact to it.
Top
Ten Award prizes also received 5 major banks and standardization
organizations from different countries.
As
a result of cooperation with ISO and international co-operation agreement
National Institute of Standards is planned to hold 2012. Top Ten Award in
Armenia.Holding such award aims to identify local manufacturer competitive
with international market, which serve as stimulus for goods,
services and quality improvement.
Seminar
discussed ISO 9001:2008 "Quality
Management Systems. Requirements" standard, benefits deriving from
it, consumer feedback and other issues.
International
conferences are necessary and important for the further development of
standardization.
In
today’s world we need to have a high level of expectation that things will work
the way we expect them to work.
Boosting the free movement of services by facilitating the definition of
services standards at European level is also the aim of CEN and CENELEC. An
effective services market is of utmost importance in generating growth and jobs
in Europe.
