The adopted policy of “A01” in the quality sphere is aimed to assure confidence and reliability of the product certificates among consumers. The “A01” certificates give guaranties, that the product corresponds to the requirements of normative documents and is safe for human life, health, property, and environment.
We continually improve the quality of conformity assessment process, ensure the certification accuracy, confidentiality and objectivity.
We guarantee, that this policy is adopted, realized and protected at all levels of the organization.
The mission of “A01” is to contribute Armenian producers to enhance their products quality and to eliminate technical barriers to trade for importers and exporters.
We are willing to listen your problems concerning the trade of home-produced goods in abroad and undertake means to eliminate technical barriers. The “A01” certification body cooperates with foreign certification bodies with the aim to promote home-producers.
We are also interested in raising our services’ quality and assessing our consumer’s opinions about us.
